She excels in determining the most appropriate dressing selections in collaboration with MDs, APRNs, PAs, and wound clinics, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

What drives Nicole's passion is the tangible progress she witnesses in her patients' wounds, coupled with her adeptness in performing serial wound assessments that require critical thinking skills, especially in cases of delayed wound healing. As a valued team member, she remains dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for every patient under her care.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Nicole finds joy in family life, cherishing moments spent with Robert and their two vivacious daughters, Bridget and Lily.
